Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Financial Transformation professional to optimize federal financial management for Defense and National Security programs. You will drive process improvements, lead project teams, and deliver technology-enabled solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, and BI tools.

You will mentor junior staff, engage with senior government stakeholders, and contribute to business development while ensuring audit-readiness and regulatory compliance across engagements.

Formación

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial transformation initiatives and partner with senior government stakeholders to modernize financial operations.
• Manage project teams and workstreams ensuring high-quality deliverables and resource optimization.
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and data visualization to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial management processes using technology-enabled solutions.
• Conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping for future-state designs.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies for delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and strategic guidance to executives.
• Ensure compliance with financial management standards and federal regulations in solution design.
• Lead teams in developing automation, analytics, and AI capabilities for financial management.
• Coordinate development of dashboards, low-code apps, and automation using Power Platform and BI tools.
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants; support business development.
