ServiceNow is seeking a Federal Field Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market strategies for civilian agencies in the U.S. You will translate agency buying dynamics into targeted programs and work closely with sales, partners, and field marketing to drive measurable pipeline across accounts.

You will own federal marketing plans, localize messaging for procurement realities, and deliver events that engage executives and drive pursuit opportunities. Travel 35-45% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience marketing to or selling into U.S. federal civilian agencies.
• Proven experience planning and executing ABM campaigns and events that drive measurable pipeline.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive briefs.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; proficient in Excel and BI tools.
• Existing relationships within the federal civilian ecosystem are a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; travel 35–45%.
