Miracorp is seeking a Contract Facility Manager (CFM) to oversee daily operations and inspections across federal facilities in San Antonio, TX. The CFM ensures compliance with GSA standards, coordinates construction projects, and acts as the on-site representative for performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in construction project management or building management.
• Working knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and inspections of federally owned and leased facilities.
• Support construction and repair projects, preparing cost estimates and monitoring progress.
• Serve as an on-site GSA representative during construction activities.
