TRACTIAN is actively seeking a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to lead net-new federal and government-adjacent accounts. You will navigate complex procurement processes, build ROI-focused business cases, and drive contract-based revenue across agencies and programs.

The role requires deep understanding of federal procurement, strong stakeholder relationships, and travel up to 25-40% to pursue government opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to federal, state, or local governments.
• Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS advantageous.
• Proficient use of CRM for account analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing net-new federal logos.
• Aggressively prospect into federal agencies and defense/DoD accounts.
• Run technical discoveries and develop ROI-focused business cases for government stakeholders.
• Map champions across program, procurement, and technical evaluators.
