Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to hunt and close net-new federal accounts across federal, state, and local agencies. You’ll engage multi-stakeholder buyers, navigate procurement processes, and articulate ROI tied to mission readiness and operational efficiency.

You will map champions, leverage contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, GWACs), and partner with capture resources to respond to RFIs and RFPs while maintaining a strong pipeline in HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to federal, state, or local government accounts.
• Ability to build business cases and quantify ROI for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and contract vehicles (FAR/DFARS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycles for net-new federal logos.
• Prospect into federal agencies and government-adjacent organizations.
• Develop high-impact business cases showing ROI and mission impact.
