Job summary

Qualtrics Federal seeks a Senior Federal Strategic Account Lead to own enterprise-wide sales within a dedicated Federal Civilian territory, driving multi-year contracts and engaging SES leaders to close landmark deals.

You will leverage MEDDPICC, manage complex procurements, and lead cross-functional teams (Solution Engineers, Legal, Security) to accelerate adoption across agency accounts. Travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software/SaaS sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years directly selling into the Federal Civilian vertical.
• Track record of overachieving targets and closing multi-year contracts within Federal.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to understand customer mission and craft capture strategies.
• Build multi-threaded C-level alignment and executive relationships.
• Forecast accurately using enterprise sales methodologies and close 7-8 figure deals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with SI partners to accelerate XM adoption.
• Build strategic account plans to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
