Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business within federal, state, and local government accounts. You will navigate long procurement cycles, craft compelling ROI cases, and close net-new logos across agency environments.

In this role, you will maintain a strong pipeline, leverage HubSpot CRM, and build relationships with program, procurement, and technical stakeholders. Travel up to 25-40% is expected as part of coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into federal, state, or local government accounts.
• Background focused on net-new logo acquisition in government or regulated markets.
• Experience with federal procurement processes, contracts, and compliance (FAR/DFARS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for federal logos from discovery to closing.
• Prospect aggressively into federal agencies and related organizations.
• Develop business cases quantifying ROI and impact for government stakeholders.
• Map champions across multi-stakeholder environments; navigate contracting vehicles.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and maintain a rigorous pipeline in CRM.
