Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model, focusing on SSA and Federal Financial Regulatory Agencies.

You will develop pipeline, perform deep discovery, deliver tailored value demonstrations, and collaborate across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing,

Competenze

• Proven SaaS quota carrying success closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software into Federal Civilian agencies such as SSA.
• Expert discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos tied to business value.
• Strong negotiation history closing multi-year high-ACV contracts.
• Technical and cloud fluency with observability, security, and data architectures.
