Pro2Serve, a Knoxville-based federal contractor, seeks an Engineering Account Manager to drive revenue via BPAs, IDIQs, and GWACs. You’ll cultivate client relationships, manage the pipeline, and align partners to expand opportunities across design-build and related ventures.

The role requires a strong federal contracting background, strategic networking, and the ability to navigate multiple opportunities with a focus on win probability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven sales success inside federal government contracting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business.
• Broad relationships with federal project and technical staff and industry partners.
• Direct experience with federal vehicles such as OASIS, Alliant, GSA Schedules or IDIQs.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients regularly with federal project managers and contracting officials.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of task order opportunities and related contracts.
• Identify strategic partnerships with general contractors and subs to grow existing contracts.
• Collaborate across internal teams to translate client needs into winning proposals and pricing.
