Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Project Development Engineer in the federal market to support the Energy Solutions offices. The role emphasizes HVAC design, energy analysis, and performance contracting in a fast-growing division.

The successful candidate will conduct building and system audits, perform energy savings calculations, write reports, and participate in client meetings with the Project Manager. A strong technical background and proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of energy services or consulting engineering experience.
• Familiarity with DOE and Army Corps IDIQ contract requirements.
• Experience with building simulation and baseline calibration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building and system audits.
• Perform energy analysis and savings calculations.
• Write reports on various aspects of the project.
• Attend meetings with the Project Manager and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
