Olsson seeks an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Federal Engineering and Design Team. You will support the planning and design of electrical systems for federal facilities and infrastructure projects, growing expertise in power distribution, lighting, life safety, and building systems.

Work with licensed engineers, travel to project sites as needed, and contribute to projects supporting national interests while advancing your engineering career within a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a power concentration.
• Minimum of one year of engineering experience, internship, or project work.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Familiarity with NEC and building/facility electrical systems.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or AGi32 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design of electrical systems for federal facilities (power, lighting, grounding, life safety).
• Perform engineering calculations, layouts, and equipment selections under licensed engineers.
• Apply codes, standards, and best practices in projects.
• Use design software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for modeling and analysis.
• Support design coordination with multidisciplinary teams and project schedules.
• Research federal design criteria and recommend solutions to technical challenges.
• Maintain project information in firm project management systems.
