Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a Federal agency. The role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery with client-focused solutions and hands-on Relativity experience, plus a U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a clearance.

The Project Manager will lead client communications, scope and schedules, and oversee workflows from data processing to production while maintaining quality and compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions
• Experience on major lit support projects with increasing responsibility
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and processes used in EDRM
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service eDiscovery needs
• Create fields, choices, layouts and views in Relativity
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and tools for project progress
• Submit work orders for data processing, review and production tasks
• Conduct quality checks on instructions and final outputs
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders
• Develop informed project schedules considering tasks, dependencies and resources
• Support kickoff calls, document workflows and project closures such as billing and data destruction
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery landscape and tools
