Job summary

Kosma Technology LLC seeks an experienced eLearning developer to lead curriculum design, authoring, and accessibility repairs for federal training content. You will manage SCORM/xAPI packaging, provide Knowledge Transfer to the agency staff, and support Moodle where needed.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong instructional design skills, and proficiency with Rise 360, Storyline, and Captivate. Occasional travel within the U.S. is expected.

Responsibilities

• Run needs analysis with stakeholder groups and define measurable learning objectives.
• Design curricula and role-based learning paths for multiple audiences.
• Author microlearning modules and facilitator guides using Rise 360, Storyline, and Captivate.
• Package and repair SCORM and xAPI output, including large packages.
• Configure completion tracking and gradebook mapping; ensure accurate reporting.
