• Minimum 5 years of documented hands-on experience developing e-courses using Articulate 360.

• Expert-level knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics, video, audio, and multimedia development.

• Experience developing SCORM-compliant e-learning courses.

• Strong instructional design, storyboarding, and scriptwriting skills.

• Experience creating interactive assessments, quizzes, and scenario-based learning activities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with SMEs and remote teams.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vyond or similar animation tools.

• Experience with SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS integration.

• Experience in occupational safety, health, compliance, or workforce training.

• Experience developing adult learning and professional training programs.

Important Candidate Requirements

• Must have their own Articulate 360 software license and supporting development tools.

• Must provide at least one previously completed Articulate 360 e-learning course as a work sample for evaluation.

• Must have experience working collaboratively with instructional design teams and SMEs.

• Must be available for weekly Microsoft Teams meetings.

• All project work and deliverables must be performed within the United States under the applicable contract requirements.
