Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Professional to design and publish e-learning content using Articulate Rise and manage deployment via Workday LMS. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with release objectives and drives user readiness in complex system implementations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ/CRM, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Qualifications

7-10 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design experience.
3-5+ years developing training for large-scale system implementations or technology transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
Experience creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and administering content through Workday LMS.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

Create and publish e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and support deployment through Workday LMS.
Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned to release objectives.
Support user readiness and adoption efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
