Job summary

CrossFit is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to audit and refresh 13 online courses using Articulate Rise 360. You will evaluate structure, pacing, engagement, and accessibility, then deliver prioritized recommendations and rebuild content based on approvals.

The role requires a strong foundation in adult learning principles and proven Rise 360 expertise, with a portfolio of live builds to demonstrate impact. This is a full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of instructional design experience.
• Minimum three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience within the past three years.
• Portfolio of live Rise 360 builds required.

• Strong assessment design skills, including scenario-based questions and knowledge checks.

Education/Experience:
