CrossFit is seeking a contract eLearning Developer to audit, improve, and rebuild its Rise 360 course library for coaches worldwide. You will evaluate 13 courses, identify gaps, and design engaging interactions, knowledge checks, and scenarios that reflect CrossFit methodology.

You will lead course updates, rebuilds, and new designs with accessibility in mind, while ensuring compatibility on desktop and mobile and aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of instructional design experience.
• Minimum three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience within the past three years.
• Portfolio of live Rise 360 builds required with application.
• Deep grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design models.

Responsabilités

• Audit courses from the learner's perspective and document findings with prioritized, practical recommendations.
• Update existing Rise 360 builds or rebuild courses from scratch based on approved recommendations; design interactions and assessments.
• Localization readiness: prepare courses for translation workflows and localization implementation.
• Collaborate with the EDU Content team to align with CrossFit methodology, voice, and brand standards.
• Manage timelines across multiple courses and report progress regularly.
