Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in e-learning development.
• Minimum 5 years of documented hands-on experience developing e-courses using Articulate 360.
• Expert-level knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
• Strong instructional design, storyboarding, and scriptwriting skills.
• Experience creating interactive assessments, quizzes, and scenario-based learning activities.
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant e-learning courses.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, SCORM-compliant e-learning courses using Articulate 360.
• Create detailed storyboards, instructional scripts, and course development plans.
• Develop interactive learning activities, quizzes, assessments, and scenario-based exercises.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional design teams to translate technical content into engaging learning experiences.
• Create and edit graphics, videos, animations, audio narration, and other multimedia assets.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other multimedia tools for content production.
• Package and test SCORM/xAPI content for Learning Management System (LMS) deployment.
• Conduct quality assurance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement feedback.
• Participate in weekly virtual meetings with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, revisions, and project documentation.
