IllTip is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to audit, improve, and rebuild its library of online courses for coaches worldwide. The contractor will collaborate with the internal education content team, focusing on accessibility, localization, and effective assessments within Rise 360.

Candidates should have a strong Rise 360 track record, a portfolio of live courses, and proven ability to work remotely to deadlines. Experience with Storyline 360 and localization workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience.
• Portfolio of live Rise 360 courses submitted with your application.
• Experience auditing and redesigning existing courses.
• Working knowledge of accessibility, SCORM and adult learning models.
• Strong written communication and ability to meet deadlines in remote contracts.

Responsabilités

• Audit each course from the learner's point of view and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Flag outdated content and gaps and recommend targeted updates with effort estimates.
• Update or rebuild Rise 360 courses, including assessments and knowledge checks.
• Build courses with accessibility and localization in mind and test SCORM/LMS tracking.
• Review new course packages and advise on structure, interactivity, media and assessments.
• Create reusable templates and manage timelines across courses with progress updates.
