Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizen and able to pass a federal background check.
• Knowledge of design review, construction administration, cost estimating, scheduling, and contract management.
• Strong writing and oral communication with military clients and contractors.
• Proficient in using project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between federal government design and construction branches and contractors.
• Review design submittals, shop drawings, specifications, RFIs for compliance with standards.
• Provide engineering judgment for field modifications and constructability reviews.
• Develop cost estimates and supporting analysis with government estimators.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and maintain client relationships.
