Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between federal design, construction, and contractors.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, specifications, RFIs, and reports for compliance.
• Apply engineering principles across planning, design review, construction administration, and assessment.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports.
• Provide engineering judgment for field modifications, non-conformance issues.
• Develop cost estimates and supporting analysis with government cost estimators.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and project closeout activities.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and mentor junior staff while guiding technical direction.
• Build and maintain client relationships and liaison with clients.
