Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between federal design, construction, and contractors.
• Review submittals, drawings, specs for compliance with standards.
• Apply engineering principles across planning, design review, construction.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports.
• Provide engineering judgment for field modifications and value engineering proposals.
• Support cost estimating with government estimators and contracting officers.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress reviews and closeout activities.
• Develop and mentor junior engineering staff and guide technical direction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide strong technical support.
