Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between federal design/construction teams and contractors.
• Review submittals, drawings, specs, RFIs, and reports for compliance with standards.
• Prepare technical reports and project status updates.
• Develop cost estimates in coordination with government cost estimators.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships.
• Travel up to 100% as required.
