Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Willing to travel 100% domestically.
• PE license or RA preferred.
• FAR/DFARS experience on DoD projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between federal design/construction teams.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, specs and RFIs for compliance.
• Apply engineering principles across planning, design review, construction and field assessment.
• Monitors progress and prepares technical and status reports.
• Provide engineering judgment for field modifications and non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with permitting, safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist in cost estimates and supporting analysis with government cost estimators.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress reviews and closeout activities.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure contract compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and guide technical direction; maintain client relationships.
