Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with regional General Contractors pursuing alternative delivery contracts for U.S. Government programs.

In this role you will identify priority pursuits, build executive relationships, and lead teaming strategies from target identification through award, working with CSLs, legal, preconstruction, and delivery teams to improve probability of award and successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 15 years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred design partner early in procurement cycles and negotiate exclusivity and teaming terms.
• Lead and translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led subcontract or joint-venture structures.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders, preconstruction, legal, and sales to develop teaming strategies.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and track status of teaming decisions and next actions.
• Oversee execution of teaming agreements and transition to pursuit and delivery teams.
