Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking a CX/UX Researcher to support the Department of Homeland Security in developing a citizen-centered strategy across DHS products and services.

You will identify data sources, evaluate systems, and create journey maps reflecting needs, motivations, and pain-points to inform improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, agile practices, and the ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance (US Citizenship required).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in research roles with exploratory focus.
• Experience planning or leading strategic initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with management and stakeholders; prioritization.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a CX/UX research strategy including data identification and collection.
• Identify the best research approaches to answer questions given time and resources.
• Participate in executing the strategy and plan for in-depth user experience research.
• Analyze findings and articulate insights to inform experience improvements.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
