Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the INSCOM custodial contract at Fort Belvoir. The PM will oversee operations, staffing, quality, compliance, and readiness across multiple buildings and secure environments while maintaining TS/SCI access.

The role requires exceptional leadership, transition expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex custodial programs for government or secured facilities. Preference for active clearance and strong customer communications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; ability to meet all access and security requirements.
• Minimum two years of custodial/ facilities leadership experience in similar environments.
• Experience overseeing quality, staffing, and customer-facing performance in complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the government/customer-facing point of contact for operations, quality, staffing, security, risks, and performance.
• Direct and manage custodial operations, staffing, schedules, and resources to ensure contract compliance and uninterrupted service.
• Lead implementation of the quality control program and performance monitoring to sustain standards.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and supervisory execution across day/evening/project windows.
• Ensure compliance with access, badging, OPSEC, SCIF, TS/SCI, safety, and labor requirements.
• Manage contract documentation, reporting, and escalation during transition/start-up and stabilization.
• Coordinate HR, Security, Training, IT, procurement, and subcontractor alignment as needed.
• Implement and reinforce QC SOP/Training SOP and use of CompuClean/CleanCheck tools.
