The position emphasizes cradle-to-grave administration, RFP analysis, and collaboration with BD, Client Success, and HR teams, with a focus on maintaining rigorous contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing Federal contracts and solicitations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall contract compliance with requirements, policies, procedures and laws.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions and implement plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts including RFP analysis and negotiation.
• Engage with contracts and procurement staff and internal/external customers regularly.
