CGS Federal is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of federal contracting experience.
• Experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities across the contract lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions and develop tactical plans for risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Serve as SME for contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
