Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts.

The position demands handling cradle-to-grave administration for government contracts, liaising with multiple internal teams, and ensuring data accuracy across contract systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitation types.
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all current contracts.
• Negotiate and finalize new contracts.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions and implement tactical plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.
