Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitations.
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for Government contracts including RFP analysis, proposal development and review, terms and conditions, and contract/task order execution.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions at all stages and develop tactical plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Engage with Business Development, Client Success, and HR to tackle contract administration and proposal challenges.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Enter contract data into systems, monitor updates, and ensure data quality.
• Communicate with internal and external customers through written and oral channels.
• Ensure overall contract compliance with contract requirements, policies, and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
