CGS Federal is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitations.
• Experience with Federal contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks, adhering to contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts, guiding internal teams through the contract lifecycle.
• Independently review complex contract actions at all stages, developing tactical plans to address risks and seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract administration and proposal challenges.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for contracts, providing guidance and resolution on complex issues and regulatory obligations.
• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various Government contracts, including RFP analysis, proposal development and review, T&C drafting, internal reviews, negotiation, and execution.
• Engage with contracts, procurement staff, program management, and internal/external customers through written and oral communication.
• Enter contract data into systems, monitor updates, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
