Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition planning for construction, AE, facilities, and ORF managed service requirements.
• Prepare solicitation packages (RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, MATOC task orders, AE selections).
• Assist with Brooks Act (FAR Part 36) AE procurements, including SF-330 reviews and selection documentation.
• Develop and review Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and price proposals.
• Perform price and cost analyses to support fair and reasonable determinations.
• Prepare pre-negotiation and post-negotiation memoranda.
• Assist COs during negotiations with contractors and AE firms.
• Prepare award documentation and ensure contract files meet audit standards.
