Job summary

Doyon Government Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Required: 7+ years in construction with 3+ years as superintendent on federal projects; proficiency in USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, and MS Office; strong leadership and documentation skills; ability to manage schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years serving as the Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract specifications, construction methods, and federal project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to contract specifications.
• Coordinate with QCMs and SSHOs to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Manage Definable Features of Work (DFOW) and verify subcontractor performance.
• Review project plans, drawings, and submittals for field execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Report project progress, risks, and updates to management.
