Job summary

Doyon Government Group (DGG) is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee QC programs on USACE or NAVFAC federal projects. You will lead QC planning, inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction with 3+ years as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC sites, plus proficiency in RMS/QCS and the MS Office suite. Join our nationwide team delivering safe, compliant federal facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years serving as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects.
• Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan.
• Strong knowledge of contract specifications, quality control plans, and federal construction requirements.
• Must be proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project QC Plan per contract requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new DFOW.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.
