Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand, review and manage project drawings and documents and communicate the information to others.
• Must be able to read, understand and implement construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent math skills and ability to perform quantity takeoffs.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project construction activities and supervise field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget are achieved.
• Work with Project Manager to ensure projects follow plans and specs on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, inspectors and other stakeholders.
• Create daily reports including safety, workforce, progress, weather, meetings and subcontractor status.
• Manage tools, supplies and equipment to support work schedule.
