The PM will oversee cost controls, change orders, and invoicing to beat budgets and improve margins, with occasional travel and no relocation required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects of similar size and scope.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and secure facility construction.
• Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings.
• U.S. citizen for security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team in partnership with Field Management to deliver safe, high quality, profitable projects.
• Develop and enforce safe work plans, schedules, and ensure adherence to the plan.
• Manage cost estimation, subcontractors, and change orders to maximize profit.
• Maintain client relations and pursue opportunities for new work.
• Oversee invoicing, cash flow, and project close-out documentation.
