Job summary

Conti Federal Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, coordinate with Field Management, and drive safe, high-quality, and profitable project execution. You will manage schedules, cost estimation, contract administration, and client relations to maximize operating profit and support growth.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PM experience on large-scale construction, familiarity with EM 385-1-1, and strong skills in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects similar to this size and scope.
• Must be familiar with EM 385-1-1 and secure facility construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and work with Field Management to deliver a safe, high-quality, profitable project.
• Develop and execute project schedules with the Superintendent and monitor execution.
• Manage cost estimation, contract management and invoicing to maximize profit.
• Develop client relations to generate new opportunities and support marketing and estimating activities.
