Responsabilités

• Coordinate subcontractor management, submittals, buyout, and cost estimation.
• Develop and optimize schedules with field teams to improve safety, cost, and timing.
• Monitor and ensure quality and safety procedures on site.
• Maintain client relations and assist in business development.
• Prepare and review budgets, change orders, and cash flow schedules.
• Support recruiting and interviewing of candidates.
