Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as liaison between Federal government client’s construction branch and stakeholders.
• Review construction documents for alignment with FAR and codes.
• Lead pre-construction conferences and progress meetings; manage punch lists.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior staff in best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for federal submission.
• Promote safety culture across sites; OSHA and agency standards.
