Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage all phases of Federal construction projects.
• Coordinate contractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality and safety.
• Serve as primary liaison between federal client and project team.
• Review construction docs for alignment with FAR and codes.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior staff and promote industry best practices.
