Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with FAR and contract requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between client, stakeholders, and contractors, maintaining open communication and issue resolution.
• Review and evaluate safety plans, QC plans, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and reports for FAR and codes compliance.
• Lead pre-construction and design meetings, site inspections, and closeout activities; manage punch lists.
