Accura Engineering in Providence, RI is seeking a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation and reporting to government personnel. This role will support project development and delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited program).
• Minimum 7 years in contract administration or office engineering.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal construction programs preferred.
• Experience with RMS required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA per policies.
• Analyze design and construction issues for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with the Designer-of-Record and CFM for solutions.
• Review schedules and progress vs payments; coordinate with QA reps.
• Prepare QA plans and daily reports; support modifications and cost estimates.
• Draft change orders for COR signature and assist negotiations.
• Provide status reports to district leadership and COR.
