Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation and reporting to government personnel. The role supports project development and delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies.

The candidate will oversee construction activities, contract administration, and quality assurance, coordinating with DoR and CFM, and preparing detailed daily reports and QA plans for assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ABET-accredited.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration/office engineering.
• Experience with USACE/DoD programs preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze design and construction issues and provide recommendations to government personnel regarding compliance with contract provisions and environmental requirements.
• Review project schedules, submittals, and provide comments to the COR within five working days of receipt.
• Prepare quality assurance plans and detailed daily reports covering cost and engineering factors.
• Assist with modification scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Attend preconstruction and coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes for COR.
