Responsibilities include reviewing QA work, managing contractor performance and documentation, and coordinating with government personnel and contractors for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in engineering/architecture/construction management or 10+ years PM experience.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/MILCON/SRM programs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/UFC/EM 385-1-1.

Responsibilities

• Review quality assurance work for technical accuracy and contracts.
• Monitor schedules and contract compliance.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Prepare briefing materials for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on contract administration and project execution.
