FCI is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the technical execution of projects—from buyout through closeout. You’ll own subcontractor management, drawing review, field coordination, cost control, and quality of the finished work.

This growth role offers advancement into senior leadership as the company expands, with a focus on federal projects and strong cost control to protect margins.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of federal construction management.
• Experience leading commercial and federal projects $1M–$10M.
• Strong drawing and specification reading; safety and quality focused.

Responsabilidades

• Hold subcontractors accountable to scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay applications.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Lead constructability review during preconstruction.
• Coordinate trade sequencing, site logistics, and phasing.
• Walk sites regularly, resolve issues in real time, and keep projects moving.
• Own project cost from buyout through closeout.
• Track committed costs, projected final costs, and margin.
• Manage change order pricing and scope control to protect margin.
• Enforce OSHA/EM385 safety standards; coordinate with QC.
