Qualifications

• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to read and interpret construction codes, plans, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with federal, state and local regulations.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between federal government client, project stakeholders, and contractors.
• Review construction documents, safety plans, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs for FAR compliance.
• Lead pre-construction conferences, progress meetings, site inspections, and punch-list management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior staff; promote best practices in construction management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote safety culture across sites (OSHA, USACE).
