ForUs Contracting Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the technical execution of our federal and commercial projects, from buyout through closeout. You will own subcontractor management, drawing review, field coordination, cost control, and quality of finished work.

This growth role offers a clear path to senior roles as the company expands. You will work with the Project Management Team, advance safety standards, and help protect margins on $1M–$10M projects across the DC/NCR market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of federal construction management experience.
• Experience managing commercial and federal projects in the $1M–$10M range.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Proven subcontractor management with buyout and coordination.
• Comfort with cost tracking, change orders, and maintaining margin.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to grow into leadership and learn federal construction.

Responsabilités

• Hold subcontractors accountable to scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Review pay applications based on work in place and contractual terms.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate trade sequencing, site logistics, and phasing with the General Superintendent.
• Own project cost from buyout through closeout and track margins.
