Job summary

V-Line Services LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Federal Construction projects, including DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, and related agencies. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating field and office teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in Federal construction, proven management of $10M+ projects, and fluency with Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, and MS Project. Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal construction project management experience.
• Experience overseeing complex projects valued at $10M+.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining client relationships.
• Oversee multiple project schedules and timelines to meet client needs.
• Act as liaison between client and project teams – field and office.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigations to minimize potential issues.
