Zusammenfassung

Knox seeks a Technical Account Manager I to own strategic customer relationships for Enterprise clients in Knox’s FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment. You will ensure operational success after implementation, drive alignment, manage escalations, and serve as a trusted advisor across technical and operational initiatives.

You will coordinate with SRE, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to support customers in highly regulated environments while ensuring adherence

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in FedRAMP, federal cybersecurity/compliance, RMF, ISSO/ISSM support, security assessment or cloud operations.
• At least 2 years directly supporting FedRAMP or RMF authorization activities.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST RMF, and NIST SP 800-53 and related artifacts.
• Experience with authorization activities such as SSP, evidence, POA&M, ConMon, or annual assessments.
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers, federal agencies, 3PAOs, ISSOs/ISSMs, or AOs.
• Familiarity with federal cloud procurement and government customers.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own ongoing customer relationships after implementation and production go-live.
• Serve as primary operational and strategic contact for accounts.
• Advise on operational best practices, process adherence, and platform adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during incidents, escalations, and events.
• Drive customer meeting cadence, reviews, and executive status updates.
• Align customers with Knox SLAs, incident response, and change management.
• Identify risks and adoption gaps; drive mitigation plans.
• Partner with TIMs and Engineering to ensure continuity between implementation and operations.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing platform standards and scalability.
• Support continuous improvement of customer operations and service delivery.
